
So, the other day my fiance and I bought a slow cooker! We have a small apartment and cooking can be quite the task sometimes. The slow cooker is definitely making things easier and more delicious. I have become addicted to looking up slow cooker recipes, but this one my fiance just picked the ingredients at the store and I went with it!
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Campbell’s slow cooker beef stew sauce
- 2 cans of diced potatoes
- 2 cans of mixed vegetables
- 1 lb. of beef chucks
- Non-cooking olive oil spray
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps To Cook
- In a large pan add butter
- Add salt and pepper to meat and brown beef chucks (brown, don’t fully cook)
- Remove from heat
- Drain liquid from vegetables
- Spray Slow cooker with non-stick olive oil spray
- Add potatoes to slow cooker
- Add mixed vegetables to slow cooker
- Add beef to slow cooker
- Add Campbell’s slow cooker beef stew sauce
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt
- Add 1 teaspoon of Pepper
- Mix it all together
- Set slow cooker to high heat for 6 hours
- Stir occasionally
- After 6 hours change to low heat for 1.5 hours
- Serve and Eat!
